If you are looking to get into shape in a fun way then this class is for you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with simple dance moves to create a dynamic and effective workout. Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Tango, Flamanco, Calypso, Hip Hop, Samba and Belly Dance all in a workout routine. Please wear exercise clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and towel - you are gonna sweat!
