If you are looking to get into shape in a fun way then this class is for you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with simple dance moves to create a dynamic and effective workout. Salsa, reggaeton, merengue, tango, flamanco, calypso, hip hop, samba and belly dance all in a workout routine. Please wear exercise clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and towel – you are gonna sweat!

Booty Barre is a total body workout that tones your thighs and lifts your “booty!” In class you will use the ballet barre and “O-ring” exercise tubing to perform small isometric movements to motivating music. The class is designed to strengthen your core and give you that shapely and toned body you desire.
